Return & Refund Policy

All sales from Precision Labs Research are final.

Due to the specialized nature of the products we supply and the strict handling requirements associated with research materials, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

Our products are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes. Their stability and integrity depend on proper storage, handling, and environmental conditions. Once products leave our controlled facility, we cannot verify how they have been handled. For this reason, returned items cannot be accepted, restocked, or resold under any circumstances.

Order Finalization

By placing an order with Precision Labs Research, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All purchases are final once payment has been received
  • Orders immediately enter processing and fulfillment
  • Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded after payment is accepted

Exceptions (Damage or Defect Claims)

The only exception to this policy is in the case of:

  • Verified manufacturing defects
  • Confirmed damage prior to or during delivery

Any issue must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, you must email:

Include the following:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the shipping box (if applicable)

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the claim.

Claim Review & Resolution

All claims are reviewed at the sole discretion of Precision Labs Research.

If approved, we may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Refund

Approval is not guaranteed, and each case is assessed individually.

Non-Eligible Situations

The following are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement:

  • Improper handling or storage
  • User error or misuse
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction unrelated to product quality
  • Shipping delays or carrier-related issues

Customer Responsibility

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

  • You understand the nature of research-use-only products
  • You accept full responsibility for proper handling and use
  • You agree to this no-return policy in full
