Shipping Policy

At Precision Labs Research, we are committed to fast, reliable, and secure shipping across Canada.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
  • Orders shipped within 48 hours

Orders are fulfilled promptly once payment has been received and confirmed.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–10 business days
  • Delivery timelines are not guaranteed and may vary depending on carrier conditions

Shipping timelines are provided by the carrier and may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • High shipping volumes
  • Regional service disruptions

These factors are outside of our control.

Carrier & Tracking Information

  • Orders are shipped via trusted Canadian carriers (e.g. UPS and FedEx)
  • Packages are dispatched from our facility and dropped off Monday–Friday
  • Tracking information is provided once your order is shipped

Please note:
Tracking may initially show “label created” until the carrier scans the package into their system.

Transfer of Responsibility

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier:

  • The shipment becomes the responsibility of the carrier
  • Precision Labs Research is not liable for delays, loss, or damage during transit

All delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete information
  • Delivery failure

The customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Lost, Missing, or Misdelivered Packages

If your tracking does not show delivered:

  • Precision Labs Research is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
  • No automatic refunds or replacements will be issued

Any resolution is dependent on the outcome of the carrier’s investigation.

Additional Notes

  • Shipping occurs only on business days
  • Orders are securely packaged to maintain product integrity during transit
  • Delays caused by the carrier do not qualify for refunds or cancellations
